A masked Protester from the 1 JAN Civil Human Rights Front Protest has given a testimony that falsely accuses Police that the masked men who smashed the China Life Insurance Store in Wan Chai, are actually Undercover Police.


This article provides overwhelming evidence to illustrate how he lies.

Video A: False Testimony given by the Protester

The unnamed and masked protester gave this testimony to an Apple Daily reporter. Apple Daily has not fact checked and provided no other evidence to support his claim.

False Testimony #2

How He Lied The masked men ran away to a crossroad, where they met around 10 uniformed police. (00:30 from Video A)
What Really Happened The masked men did run away to a crossroad, but ZERO police was seen. (01:10 from Video B)


False Testimony #3

How He Lied The Police just let the masked suspect go, after he "indicates that he is also a police". (00:40 from Video A)
What Really Happened The masked men escaped on their own. No police officer let them go whatsoever (01:10 from Video B)


Civil Human Rights Front posted his false testimony on their Facebook.


Since they have made an false accusation towards the Police,

They now owe the Police a formal apology.

Some Protesters from their so-called 100% peaceful protests are caught supporting those obviously-not-so-peaceful protesters. They have been seen passing resources, cheering for and giving them a pat at their shoulders, agreeing on their violent acts.


Also, as shown towards the end of this video, the Police have arrested many rioters who smashed stores in Hong Kong, during the acclaimed "serious renovation" act.
